2 º Fair Comics in Plaza Brazil, "the rematch reading "
On Saturday 6 and Sunday, November 7 from 11:00 am was the 2nd Comic Fair in Plaza Brazil: "The revenge of reading" family-exhibition event attended by over 4,000 people in two days.
This is an initiative of Sabina Galvez del Valle, General Coordinator, Library and Cultural Management, Milton Izurieta, Producer and Jorge Toro, Charge Stand and Programming. Has been fully funded by the Fund of the Book and Reading 2010 National Council for Culture and the Arts and was sponsored by the Municipality of Santiago.
This outdoor event, have free access, not for profit and seeks to promote the culture of comics and fanzine, as a means of communication and creation in its different facets of entertainment, information, education, expression and communication.
This event seeks to promote the industry exhibition alternative comics, interactive activities with the public and a variety of programming.
had 40 booths of fanzines, magazines, illustration, graphic design and art and the presence of more than 50 artists who represent the rich world of desktop publishing that focuses on collective and creators of high quality, such as: DeCarton - Visions of Noske - C. Huenchumil - Rodrigo Elgueta - Lolo Chofün - Pineapple Ruda - Harakiri! Manga - Altira! Editions - Original Mov. Audiographic - C. Carvajal - Grotesque - FYTO Manga - Plaza-Wirin Vicho Editor - Mythica Issues - Cruella - Sick Devil Studio - Twin Air - Irenkomics - Grietagarbo - Future Freak - Nootrac - The Attic - Escoch - Motion Comics - The Comic-Me Too Red - LNGCh Rodrigo Salinas - Fierce Publishers - Sol Díaz - DAFP - Hibridolls - Fisheye - Freak Stuff - Alpha Luna - Melina Experience - Draughtsman MAC - Karlo Humor - AGV - White Experimental - Juan Vasquez - Sewellman - Zobaco - Ether - Unison Lab and many more in the factory, the Fanziteca and Comic Bazar.
Visitors experience, mainly in the day on Saturday life drawing sessions, launch new publications, Titans comics, contests, prizes surprise badges and T-shirts of the event and a schedule of live music with Banda Canitrot, Black Pope and closing of Lost Astronaut.
